1985 Ferrari 288 GTO, Pininfarina designed Group B supercar with carbon fibre and alloy coachwork, Rosso Corsa with black leather/red inserts, 400hp 2.8 litre twin turbo V8, 5 speed gearbox, optioned from new with power windows and air conditioning, delivered new to celebrated Ferrari collector, Yoshiho Matsuda who would keep the very first 288 GTO delivered into Japan in his collection for 25 years, coming to the States a half-dozen years ago and taking residence in noted USA collections, showing just 14,150 original kilometers, 55237 complete with an extensive history file, owner’s manuals and leather wallet, tool roll and jack and benefiting from a Ferrari dealer fresh major servicing which is in-process, with just 272 produced the 288 GTO the most rare of the four original Ferrari supercars.
